The Foam Depot is currently cutting board blanks that comply to commonly used blank specifications. We currently have a Hot Wire CNC machine that has a cutting resolution of 0.001" that we are using to cut the blanks. We can cut 60 blanks at one time and can cut board blanks of up to 9 feet with the current machine. Automatic Control Solutions, the machine designer, has finished the design work on another machine that The Foam Depot will be putting into production that will allow us to cut up to 16’ blocks of EPS foam. With the additional machine and the capability of the added machine, we can produce up to 1600 boards a day. Above is a link to some common board blanks we are producing for your review. We are currently producing our line of blanks but also can produce custom blanks if people need a blank tuned a certain way. There is no additional charge for custom blanks and we can ship in quantities of one blank or whatever your needs are.
Our supplier of EPS can produce EPS in whatever our specs are so if you need 1.5lb, 1.8lb, 2.2lb or a 2.8lb density it is not a problem. Give us a call and see what we can do for you.
