Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING:

Unless otherwise specified/requested by customer, we will process and ship orders within 1-2 business days using FedEx or UPS Ground services. Depending on the time differences and order cutoff times of our vendors/manufacturers, orders placed may not be able to ship out on the same day as an order is placed. If placing an order that is desired to be shipped same-day, please call us (800-920-7650) or email us (customerservice@foamdepot.com) to confirm the order can be processed same-day. For larger items/quantities, please call us at 1-800-920-7650 and upon request, we can get freight/LTL quotes. Upon shipment of your order, you will receive an email with your order tracking number & which carrier will be delivering your item(s). If any items are unavailable or on backorder, you will be contacted within 1 business day with an expected availability/shipping date.

 
 

WARRANTY COVERAGE:

Warranty obligations are limited to the terms set forth by the Manufacturer of the equipment/parts purchased from us. We will warranty all of our equipment or parts against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of time (Time period: Depends upon each Manufacturer's for their products) from the date of purchase by the original end-user purchaser ("Warranty Period"). If the items defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, at its option, working with the Manufacturer we will either: (1) exchange the part or parts with a new item or items OR (2) refund the purchase price of the part. If the item requires return shipping to the manufacturer to be inspected for consideration of return, it is done so at the expense of the customer/purchaser. 

If the item is unused and being returned, there may be a restocking fee depending on the manufacturer's return policy.

A replacement part assumes the remaining warranty of the original part or ninety (90) days from the date of replacement, whichever provides longer coverage for you. When a part is exchanged, any replacement item becomes your property and the replaced item becomes FoamDepot.com's property. When a refund is given, the part for which the refund is provided becomes FoamDepot.com's property. We will either provide an exchange of items, a credit for future purchases, or a refund. Call us with specific questions and for a return reference number.
