Shipping & Returns


Unless otherwise specified/requested by customer, we will process and ship orders within 1-2 business days using FedEx or UPS Ground services. Depending on the time differences and order cutoff times of our vendors/manufacturers, orders placed may not be able to ship out on the same day as an order is placed. If placing an order that is desired to be shipped same-day, please call us (800-920-7650) or email us ( to confirm the order can be processed same-day. For larger items/quantities, please call us at 1-800-920-7650 and upon request, we can get freight/LTL quotes. Upon shipment of your order, you will receive an email with your order tracking number & which carrier will be delivering your item(s). If any items are unavailable or on backorder, you will be contacted within 1 business day with an expected availability/shipping date.

How do I return an item?
  Please contact us for more information on returning an item. We will need to know the reason for the return and assign an RMA number to keep track or credit to your account. Even if you send in parts for our repair/reconditioning service, please contact us. We receive several envelopes by mail with parts inside and no instructions on what is needed. 

Parts returned for credit are issued a store credit and a 20% restock fee will be subtracted from the amount. Credit cards CAN NOT be credited 30 days after purchase. We do not issue credit for used/damaged parts. See our warranty information for further details on any warranty claim.
