Foam Depot’s Inc. Limited Warranty and Return Policy 


Foam Depot Inc. is committed to 100% customer satisfaction!  If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase within 45 days of the ship date* WITH ORIGINAL PACKAGING.  No questions asked!  No restocking fees! 

  1. Email customerservice@foamdepot.com or call (844) 362-6255 with your invoice number to receive your return authorization.  If item is defective or damaged in shipping, we will issue a pre-paid return shipping label.  In all other cases, buyer is responsible for return shipping and may ship back the item using the carrier of his/her choice. 

  1. Foam Depot Inc. does not accept any returns after 45 days from the ship date. 

  1. Foam Depot Inc is a reseller.  All warranties after that must go through the original manufacturers’ warranty process and their return and refund regulations. 

  1. If you believe your package was damaged in shipping, we require that you contact us within 5 days of the delivery, and we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue. 

  1. To cancel an order, please contact Foam Depot Inc. as soon as possible.  If your order has not yet shipped, we will immediately refund your payment.  If your order has shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received the item(s) back from you and processed them at our warehouse. 

  1. All refund recipients will receive an email confirmation for their records. 



Warranty obligations are limited to the terms set forth by the Manufacturer of the equipment/parts purchased from us. We will warranty all of our equipment or parts against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of time (Time period: Depends upon each Manufacturer's for their products) from the date of purchase by the original end-user purchaser ("Warranty Period"). If the items defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, at its option, working with the Manufacturer we will either: (1) exchange the part or parts with a new item or items OR (2) refund the purchase price of the part. If the item requires return shipping to the manufacturer to be inspected for consideration of return, it is done so at the expense of the customer/purchaser. 

If the item is unused and being returned, there may be a restocking fee depending on the manufacturer's return policy.

A replacement part assumes the remaining warranty of the original part or ninety (90) days from the date of replacement, whichever provides longer coverage for you. When a part is exchanged, any replacement item becomes your property and the replaced item becomes FoamDepot.com's property. When a refund is given, the part for which the refund is provided becomes FoamDepot.com's property. We will either provide an exchange of items, a credit for future purchases, or a refund. Call us with specific questions and for a return reference number.
